Privacy & your data

Webkox Marketing stores account details, password hashes, website profiles, subscription references, content and connection data to provide this service. Credentials are encrypted in private server storage. Payment card details are handled by Stripe.

Connected services

When you authorise a connection, we use its granted permissions for the features you enable. AI generation sends your brand profile and relevant public website content to OpenAI. Connected account reports are stored in your workspace. We do not receive your ChatGPT conversations through sign-in.

Your choices

You can disconnect services in your workspace and revoke access at the provider. For an account export or deletion request, contact admin@webkox.com. Disconnecting a service removes the locally saved credential; it does not cancel your subscription.

Storage and cookies

We use a secure session cookie for authentication. Authentication tokens are not stored in browser local storage. Operational database backups are retained for up to 30 days. Generated content and reports remain until deleted or your account deletion is processed.
